Transdev North America is seeking a Corporate Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations, policy administration, and employee engagement. The role partners with employees and managers to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives.

The position covers onboarding, payroll processing, HRIS management, leave administration, and policy guidance across corporate staff in a hybrid remote environment. Requires 2–4 years HR Generalist experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
• Preferred: PHR or SHRM-CP certification

Responsabilités

• Complete onboarding processes for Corporate hires from offer acceptance through orientation
• Support and process all employment actions for Corporate employees, including HRIS and payroll updates
• Assist with offboarding for Corporate employees, ensuring final pay and related payouts
• Assist with management of eTime system use by salaried staff; updates, reports and audits
• Maintain understanding of HR policies, provide policy guidance and interpretation
• Serve as primary contact for Corporate employees and location HR reps on HR matters; provide consultation and investigations as needed
• Assist with maintenance of HR vendor relationships and related activities
• Respond to leave management questions and ensure proper usage and communication
• Assist in planning and execution of employee recognition events and celebrations
• Support start-up and shut down activities for field locations as requested
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Other duties as required
