Qualifikationen

• 3 years minimum experience in a Human Resources position; benefits administration preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; 9 years total experience may substitute.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal labor regulations (FMLA, ADA, FLSA).
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; ability to analyze workforce data.
