Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve associate relations issues, including investigations and fact-finding; support corrective action as needed.
• Identify breaches of culture/values and provide guidance on policy.
• Assist in communication and enrollment of employee benefits programs.
• Analyze HR reports to identify opportunities and trends and propose action plans.
• Assist HRIS program training and transaction support for line management.
• Support training initiatives and assist HRM in delivering trainings.
• Assist in selecting leadership positions.
