Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related area.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Experience with HRIS training and employee relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve general Associate Relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Assist with unemployment claim information and hearings.
• Assist with communication and enrollment of benefits programs.
• Analyze HR reports and propose action plans.
• Support HRIS program related training and transaction support.
• Assist in leadership position selection.
• Support training initiatives and delivery by HRM.
