Responsibilities

• Resolve general Associate Relations issues including investigations and fact finding; support correction action processes with HR leadership.
• Identify breaches of culture/values and provide policy guidance.
• Assist in communication and enrollment of employee benefits programs.
• Analyze HR reports to identify opportunities and trends and propose actions.
• Assist with HRIS program related training and transaction support.
• Support HRM in delivering training initiatives.
• Assist in leadership position selection.
