Qualifications

• Ability to deliver classroom training.

Responsibilities

• Resolve general Associate Relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Administer corrective action process with HR management.
• Assist with unemployment claim information and hearings.
• Identify breaches of culture/values and advise on policy.
• Assist in communication and enrollment of benefits programs.
• Analyze HR reports to identify trends and propose actions.
• Support HR training and leadership selection processes.
