Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating employee relations across divisions and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and development initiatives for employees and managers.
• Support performance management processes including reviews, PIPs, CAPs, and documentation.
• Maintain records of hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations for reporting.
• Assist with compensation processes and ensure pay changes stay within approved ranges.
• Conduct exit interviews and advise on separation processes.
• Build strong relationships with operations and management as a trusted HR consultant.
• Travel may be required for this position.
