SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist in Menlo Park, CA to coordinate employee relations, onboarding, and performance management while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. The role collaborates with training to arrange development resources and coaches managers on employee relations issues.

• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
• Experience as HR Generalist or similar role desired.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding and compliance.
• Maintain policies, procedures and reporting in line with laws and SBM requirements.
• Partner with training to identify and arrange development resources for staff and managers.
• Coach managers on employee relations issues and ensure alignment with SBM policies and CBA.
• Drive engagement through site management training and regular site visits; utilize mobile app for ESAT actions.
• Draft and maintain personnel records for hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations.
• Support pay activities with finance, including wage reviews and pay changes within pay ranges.
• Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, PIPs and CAPs.
• Lead special projects with clear objectives, timelines and reporting; communicate status and risks.
• Investigate employee relations issues and handle grievances per policy.
• Build strong relationships with operations and act as HR consultant across sites.
