Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field with 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and reporting.
• Coach managers on employee relations and performance issues.
• Deliver training and coordinate employee development programs.
• Prepare personnel records and government reporting.
• Support wage reviews and pay changes within pay ranges.
• Conduct exit interviews and assist with separations.
• Maintain strong relationships with site operations and act as HR consultant.
• Some travel may be required.
