Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in HR or a related area.

Responsibilities

• Resolve general Associate Relations issues including investigations and fact finding; assist with unemployment claims and hearings.
• Identify breaches of culture/values and provide guidance on corporate policy.
• Assist in communication and enrollment of employee benefits programs.
• Analyze HR reports to identify opportunities/trends and propose action plans.
• Assist line management with HRIS program training and transaction support.
• Support training initiatives and assist HRM in delivering training.
• Assist in the selection of leadership positions.
