OneSource Virtual (OSV) is seeking an HR Generalist to deliver day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and HR process administration. The role partners with HRBPs and COEs to ensure compliant, efficient service delivery.

The position is hybrid with onsite as needed, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, investigations, LMS administration, and HRIS transactions to maintain data integrity and scalable processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; equivalent work experience accepted.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience with employee relations and performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient in HR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees on policies and benefits.
• Support onboarding and conduct New Hire Orientation.
• Conduct exit interviews and share retention insights with leadership.
• Coach managers through performance management and feedback.
• Support with PIPs, monitor progress, advise next steps.
• Act as first point of contact for employee relations and investigations.
• Administer LMS, Form I-9s, EEO-1 reporting, and ADA accommodations.
• Operate HRIS transactions ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with HRBPs/COEs on programs, reporting, and process improvements.
• Audit HR systems and streamline processes for efficiency and scalability.
