Job summary

OneSource Virtual delivers payroll, benefits, and HR services across Workday customers with hybrid work options. The HR Generalist role focuses on employee relations, performance management, and HR process administration to ensure compliant, efficient service delivery.

The position requires 3+ years in HR, strong communication, and knowledge of employment law. Collaboration with HR Business Partners and COEs is essential for program execution and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR experience, including exposure to employee relations and performance management.
• Working knowledge of employment law fundamentals (FMLA, ADA, EEO, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coach and influence managers.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR Systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support onboarding, including coordinating with the training team and conducting New Hire Orientation.
• Conduct exit interviews and share insights with leadership to inform retention strategies.
• Coach managers through performance management, including goal setting and feedback conversations.
• Assist with Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and monitor progress.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Administer HR processes (LMS, Form I-9s, UI, EEO-1, ADA, communications, verifications).
• Admin HR transactions in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Partner with HRBPs and COEs on HR programs, data gathering, and process enhancements.
• Audit HR systems and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and scale.
