The role focuses on delivering reliable HR services, maintaining accurate HRIS data, and supporting initiatives in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement to contribute to a positive campus experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years relevant HR experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides training and education on Workday, recruiting practices, fair & compliant hiring processes, etc.
• Maintains knowledge of applicable federal and state employment laws, institutional policies, and HR best practices.
• Participates in HR projects and initiatives that support organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and institutional priorities.
• Builds effective working relationships with leaders, employees, and HR colleagues to facilitate communication and resolve workplace concerns.
• Prepares and analyzes HR reports and data to identify trends and support departmental and HR decision-making.
• Ensures accurate and timely processing of HR transactions within HRIS systems.
• Other duties as assigned
