Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to travel domestically by car and air as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handles employee relations questions and concerns related to HR policies and performance.
• Supports payroll processes, including new hires, terminations, and timekeeping in the HRIS.
• Assists with benefits, leave management, and unemployment compensation processes.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and internal policies; supports audits and reporting.
