Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Requires three years of experience in HR with employee relations.
• Requires a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supports employee relations questions and investigations under HR policies and procedures.
• Supports payroll and HRIS processes for new hires, terminations, and timekeeping issues.
• Assists with open enrollment and benefit-related matters.
• Manages unemployment compensation processes and hearings.
• Maintains HR data and prepares reports; assists with training and program leadership on HR topics.
