Qualifications

• Experience with benefits and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer policies and communicate changes across areas.
• Counsel employees on conflicts, performance, investigations.
• Oversee leaves, accommodations, safety and workers’ comp.
• Lead benefits enrollment and supervisor training.
• Maintain HRIS/payroll entries; audit and ensure compliance.
• Support bonus/merit processes and HR budgeting initiatives.
