Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, related field or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
• Familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws and wage and hour regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Spectrum policies consistently and communicate changes across areas.
• Advise employees on workplace conflicts, performance matters and investigations.
• Oversee leave of absence programs, accommodations, safety and workers' compensation.
• Lead benefits enrollment meetings and supervisor training on policies and benefits.
• Maintain HRIS and payroll entries, conduct audits, ensure compliance.
• Support bonus plans, merit processes and annual HR budgeting initiatives.
