Job summary

Charter Communications seeks a Manager, Human Resources to shape and drive HR strategy across recruitment, employee relations and compliance. You will partner with leadership to resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment and support Spectrum-branded services.

You will oversee recruiting, onboarding and employee development while ensuring adherence to federal, state and local employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA and ADA Amendments Act. A strong HR background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, organizational behavior or related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years HR Generalist experience in a multi-location environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR strategy across recruitment, ER and equal employment, partnering with leadership.
• Provide consultative HR support to managers on performance, development and change.
• Ensure federal, state and local employment law compliance, including FLSA, FMLA and ADA Amendments Act.
• Oversee employee relations investigations, ethics reports and policy administration.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding and retention with EEO, FCC and affirmative action compliance.
• Manage HR operations including payroll, benefits enrollment, unemployment and workers' comp.
• Lead and develop direct reports, participate in labor relations negotiations and manage budget.
