ACLU of Washington seeks a Human Resources Generalist to provide day-to-day HR support, manage inquiries, and assist with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding. This role partners with the HRED and HRM to ensure consistent HR services across the organization.

The HRG team operates within a hybrid work model in Seattle, supporting staff across the employee lifecycle with confidential handling of records and sensitive matters.

Qualifications

• Three years of HR generalist experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS and LMS systems.

Responsabilités

• Monitor HR mailbox and respond to routine inquiries with high level of service.
• Support recruitment, hiring, onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Coordinate job postings, candidate communication and interview coordination.
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
• Maintain confidential HR records and documentation in HRIS.
