The ACLU of Washington is seeking an HR Generalist to provide responsive day-to-day support across the employee lifecycle. You will work with the HR leadership to aid recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and employee relations in a hybrid Seattle environment.

Ideal candidates bring several years of HR generalist experience, knowledge of HRIS/LMS systems, and a commitment to equity. This role offers thoughtful development, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative People Services team.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years as an HR generalist in a dynamic environment.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and complex processes.
• Knowledge of employment laws at federal and state level.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Coordinate HRIS data, LMS records and reporting.
• Administer onboarding, orientation and training documentation.
• Maintain confidential employee files and documentation.
• Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
