The role enhances HR operations by ensuring compliance, maintaining employee records, and delivering high-quality HR services aligned with the organization's mission. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience and strong knowledge of employment laws. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Professional certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités
