Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field required.
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line HR contact for employees and managers.
• Partner with managers to address employee relations and performance.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Administer benefits, leave programs, and HRIS data accuracy.
