Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of HR/administrative experience, preferably with independent responsibility for HR functions.
• Experience in educational, nonprofit, or regulated environments is a plus.
• Experience administering benefits, leaves, or HR compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer leaves of absence and ensure compliance with FMLA/CFRA/ADA and related protections.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, eligibility changes, communications, and payroll deductions.
• Serve as liaison between employees, providers, and brokers for benefits questions.
• Coordinate workers' compensation claims and return-to-work processes.
• Maintain confidential HR records and support HR data accuracy across systems.
• Support HR leadership in employee relations matters and investigations.
