Job summary

Offix LC in Gainesville, VA is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead recruiting, onboarding, documentation, staff development, and team building across our offices.

You will stay current on trends, regulatory changes, and employment law, ensuring compliant policies and accurate reporting while partnering with management to strengthen people programs and drive performance.

Occasional travel to our Richmond and Norfolk, VA offices is required to support a growing team and company culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field is preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant recruiting and/or HR experience is preferred.
• SHRM Certification or is in the process is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic to advanced skills working with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management, planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot and improve business processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence to work effectively with a team.
