Job summary

TEEMA Group is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support over 60 locations across multiple states. You will drive full-cycle recruitment for retail and pharmacy roles, onboard new hires, and serve as a trusted partner to management while advocating for employees.

You will also lead employee engagement initiatives, provide comprehensive benefits guidance, manage leaves, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional HR experience with recruiting.
• Experience navigating federal and multi-state employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for retail and pharmacy roles across three states.
• Act as a resource for conflict resolution and performance management; support coaching.
• Provide benefits guidance across medical, dental, 401(k), and disability plans.
