You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance to help maintain a positive, productive, and compliant workplace across multiple HR functions.

The role focuses on partnering with managers and staff, maintaining HR records, facilitating performance processes, and contributing to HR programs and the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Working knowledge of HR policies, employee relations practices, benefits administration, and employment compliance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, documentation, and policy administration.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and new hire processes.
• Partner with managers and employees to address HR questions, performance concerns, and workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
• Administer benefits-related processes and support employees with general benefits questions and enrollment needs.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support continuous improvement of HR programs and workplace practices.
