Responsibilities

• Assist HR and payroll teams with daily administrative tasks and employee support needs.
• Collect, review, and input employee timesheets into an online payroll portal.
• Verify job numbers, hours worked, and timekeeping details for accuracy.
• Maintain field badging records and support badge-related updates.
• Assist with field new hire packets, onboarding documents, and general employee setup.
• Help ensure HR files, payroll information, and onboarding materials are organized and accurate.
