Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Fountain Valley, CA. The HR Generalist will play an important role in maintaining a positive, productive, and compliant workplace. Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, documentation, and policy administration.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $60 to $80,000 per year.
• Job type: Temp-to-Hire.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance activities.
• Maintain HR records, assist with policy implementation, and support communication between employees and management.
• Help facilitate performance management processes and promote a productive workplace culture.
• 3-5 years of human resources experience, preferably in an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Working knowledge of HR policies, employee relations practices, benefits administration, and employment compliance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Comfortable supporting both employees and management in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, or payroll-related HR processes.
• Familiarity with California employment laws and workplace compliance requirements.
• HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or related credential is a plus.
• Experience supporting process improvements, employee engagement initiatives, or HR program development.
