Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3+ years of professional HR experience with a strong recruiting background.
• Knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws.
• Strong communication and sound judgment in handling employee concerns.
• Ability to visit locations and meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and welcome talent through full-cycle recruiting for retail and pharmacy roles.
• Support employees and managers on relations, coaching, and performance management; visit locations as needed.
• Explain medical, dental, 401(k), and disability plans and coordinate open enrollment.
• Administer FMLA, military, and medical leave; coordinate Workers' Compensation and return-to-work plans.
• Maintain HR records, update job descriptions, and use payroll data to inform decisions.
• Coordinate engagement and recognition programs and participate in career fairs and related events.
