Job summary

Midwest Recreational Clearinghouse LLC is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations across multiple states from Hastings, MN. The role focuses on employee relations, payroll, benefits, and regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment with federal and state labor laws.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of HR Generalist experience, strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws, and proficiency with Paycor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably with multi-state responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA) and payroll/tax administration.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees across all locations.
Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and promote inclusivity and collaboration.
Investigate and resolve workplace issues in compliance with state laws and company policies.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain accurate HR records.
Collaborate with payroll and benefits vendors for multi-state processing.
