Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or three years HR experience.
• Ideal candidate has excellent problem solving, conflict resolution, organizational and time-management skills.
• Working knowledge of HR policies including FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment process for new associates including coordinating with contract agencies and documenting filings.
• Assist in hiring and termination processes, including interviews, offers, and exit procedures.
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and maintain accurate employee records.
• Monitor leave requests and coordinate premium payments with payroll.
• Manage timekeeping and attendance systems.
• Coordinate enrollment in company sponsored employee benefits.
• Prepare 5500 filings and SARs as required.
• Coordinate performance review process and timely evaluations.
• Prepare injury logs for workers' compensation and OSHA requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
