Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the local HR team with employee records, policy guidance, interviewing, and training. The role focuses on compliance, employee relations, and the administration of HR programs including compensation and benefits.

The position involves day-to-day employee management, engagement activities, and participation in workstream projects while staying updated on regulatory changes and industry HR trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/GED with 5–7+ years of specific experience.
• Master's degree preferred and adds depth to HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the local HR team with employee record administration, compliance with laws, training, interviewing, and policy guidance interpreted to employees.
• Assist in day-to-day employee management, support HR compliance initiatives, and help reduce legal risks to ensure compliance.
• Administer and execute HR programs, including compensation, benefits, and training.
• Develop and maintain employee relationships at all levels of the organization, from frontline to senior management.
• Resolve complex problems using HR knowledge, engage in HR workstream projects, and support employee engagement through interviews and investigations.
• Stay current with HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
• Other duties as assigned
