Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the local HR team with employee record administration, compliance with laws, training, interviewing, and policy guidance for staff at all levels.

You will assist in day-to-day employee management, support HR compliance initiatives, and help reduce legal risks by ensuring adherence to regulations while administering compensation, benefits, and training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related HR experience or HS diploma with 5–7+ years.
• Preferred Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Experience with employee relations, compliance, and policy guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support the local HR team with employee record administration and policy guidance.
• Assist in day-to-day employee management, compliance initiatives, and risk reduction.
• Administer and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, and training.
• Develop and maintain relationships across frontline to senior management.
• Resolve problems using HR knowledge and engage in HR projects and investigations.
• Stay current with HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.
