Job summary

Portland Bolt & Manufacturing is hiring an on-site Human Resources Generalist in Charlotte, NC to support East Coast operations. The role covers payroll, recruiting, employee relations, leaves, compliance, and engagement across multiple facilities.

The successful candidate will manage full-cycle HR processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with site leaders to foster a productive, safe, and engaged workforce. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field required.
• At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing or multi-site environments.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles across sites.
• Process payroll cycles accurately and maintain HRIS records (Paycom).
• Administer leaves, benefits, and compliance with FMLA/ADA/OSHA regulations.
• Support employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
