Barrday is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with the Charlotte management team and deliver HR programs, payroll-related tasks, benefits, and employee relations for the Charlotte facility. The role emphasizes confidentiality, professional standards, and adherence to Barrday’s values.

The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, onboarding, compliance with EEO and regulations, and support employee training, development, and events, while maintaining strong relationships with management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 4+ years of related experience in a non-union manufacturing environment.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate others where there is no direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Lead HR programs, recruitment, compensation, planning, development, and employee relations for Charlotte operations.
• Coach managers on HR practices, policy interpretation, performance management, and compliance.
• Oversee recruitment activities and vendor relationships for the Charlotte facility.
• Administer benefits, payroll data, leaves of absence, and regulatory compliance.
• Support training, employee development initiatives, and onboarding/new-hire processes.
