Qualifications

• Payroll and timekeeping administration experience preferred.
• Experience in HR operations and compliance within a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll and timekeeping administration, including time and attendance records and payroll processing support.
• Assist with HRIS administration, reporting, and workforce metrics.
• Support employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, training, benefits, policy interpretation and employee development.
