Job summary

AtWork Group is partnering with a Charlotte, NC client to hire an HR Generalist who will support employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR policy translation in English and Spanish. The role is 100% on site and requires 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience and a relevant bachelor’s degree.

The candidate will ensure regulatory compliance and maintain HR records in the HRIS. We seek a proactive, discreet professional with strong problem-solving skills who can handle confidential

Qualifications

• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• 2–4 years of progressive HR Generalist or coordinator experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Working knowledge of US employment laws, EEO and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office and modern HRIS platforms (ADP, Workday, Dayforce).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace matters, in both languages.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions and coordinate onboarding paperwork.
• Translate HR policies and announcements into Spanish to ensure understanding.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations.
