Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience, including stand-alone HR support.
• Working knowledge of federal and North Carolina employment laws.
• Experience with payroll reconciliation, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for all distribution center employees and managers.
• Handle employee relations, including coaching and conflict resolution.
• Support onboarding and performance management programs.
