Thomas Allen is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist & Benefits Specialist to support HR functions, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, policy interpretation, compliance, and leadership development initiatives. The role may back-up recruitment and focuses on creating a positive employee experience.

FLSA status is full-time, on-site in Minnesota, with a hiring range of $62,400.00 - $72,000.00 annually DOE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• 3–7 years of progressive HR experience with complex employee relations
• SHRM, HRCI, and other HR certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with employee relations investigations, maintain documentation, and act as conflict mediator.
• Support onboarding, performance management, compensation, and provide back-up recruitment support.
• Assist management in people-related decision making using HR best practices and HR leadership alignment.
• Identify and improve HR processes and workflows.
• Complete records, reporting, and compliance paperwork for federal, state, and provider rules.
• Assist in employee surveys, census, and demographic efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and developments.
• Support benefits processes, including enrollment and annual open enrollment, with carriers and brokers.
