Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent HR experience.
• 3-5 years HR experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Strong skills in using spreadsheets and databases.
• Knowledge and experience with ADP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment, legal requirements and government reporting.
• Recruiting for open positions and posting/maintaining job boards.
• Post/maintain job boards/ads, conduct phone screens and determine qualified candidates.
• Create, update and maintain all position descriptions.
• Conduct new hire orientations/Onboarding and ensure paperwork is completed.
• Coordinate Summer Internship program and attend Career Fairs.
• Manage annual Benefits Open Enrollment for all full-time employees and reconcile enrollments.
• Respond to unemployment claims.
