Responsibilities

• Assist with employee relations investigations and documentation.
• Support onboarding, performance management, compensation, and recruitment backup.
• Interpret policies and advise managers to align with company goals.
• Develop people management processes and HR technology improvements.
• Maintain records, reporting, and compliance with federal/state rules.
• Collect surveys and demographics data; monitor HR trends.
