Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Location: 899 Montreal Circle, St. Paul, MN 55102; [Hybrid, 3 days onsite]

Reports to: Director of Human Resources

Direct Reports: None

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri, as arranged with Manager

Salary: $65,000 – $78,000 per year [depending on experience] Specific compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations.

Annual Incentive Pay: 5% target of earned base salary, based on [individual / team / company] performance

Position Summary

The Human Resources Generalist is motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about HR. This individual will work closely with the HR team to support a variety of HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.
