The ideal candidate has 3–10 years in HR, experience with recruiting and benefits, and a degree in HR or business. A dynamic, self-starter mindset and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3–10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Hands-on recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration.
• Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, mortgage, or related industry preferred.
• Familiarity with HR systems and payroll processes.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate employee benefits programs and open enrollment; liaise with brokers.
• Maintain HR records, payroll support, and HR policy development.
• Support office operations and special projects; collaborate with leadership.
