Qualifications

• 3–10 years of progressive HR experience with recruiting and benefits administration.
• Hands-on HR professional comfortable in a small, growing organization.
• Experience in financial services or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including postings, sourcing, interviews, and offers.
• Coordinate benefits programs and open enrollment with brokers and carriers.
• Maintain HR systems, payroll coordination, and policy development.
• Support general business operations and office vendor relationships.
