Six Degrees Search is partnering with a growing financial services firm in Wheaton, IL to fill an HR/Business Manager role focused on benefits, recruiting, and HR operations. This hands-on position requires initiative, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to build scalable HR processes as the organization grows.

The role offers a base salary in the $70,000–$85,000 range plus bonus, with emphasis on ownership of day-to-day HR tasks in a smaller environment.

Formación

• 3–10 years of progressive HR experience
• Hands-on experience with recruiting, onboarding, and employee benefits administration
• Experience in financial services preferred
• Familiarity with HR systems and payroll processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a small organization

Responsabilidades

• Recruiting & onboarding: manage full-cycle recruiting, postings, sourcing, interviewing, offers
• Benefits administration: manage medical, dental, vision, retirement, open enrollment
• HR operations: maintain HR systems, payroll support, policy development
• Office operations: coordinate vendor relationships and internal communications
