PA Inclusive is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR operations across PA Inclusive and Coffee Inclusive. Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• At least two years of progressive HR experience including benefits or leave administration and policy interpretation or employee relations responsibilities.
• Experience in nonprofit, human services, healthcare, education, or regulated environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, wage/hour, workers’ compensation, unemployment processes, and confidentiality practices.

Aufgaben

• Administer benefit programs, new-hire enrollment, open enrollment, terminations, and enrollments; coordinate vendor communication.
• Coordinate payroll deductions, reconcile enrollments, and investigate errors; submit payroll information for review.
• Maintain confidential HR records and assist recruitment, onboarding, and employee communications.
• Interpret employment policies and advise supervisors on attendance, performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct investigations into harassment, safety, or policy concerns; prepare findings and recommendations.
• Prepare headcount, turnover, and demographic reports and support audits.
• Cross-train with team on onboarding, payroll changes, and leave administration.
• Assist with recruitment, job postings, screening, and interviewing.
