Job summary

Pressley Ridge is seeking a Human Resources Generalist - Employee Relations to support employee relations and HR functions at our Pittsburgh operations center. You will handle policy guidance, investigations, leave management, and payroll workflows within the HRIS, ensuring compliance across programs.

The role requires a bachelor’s in HR and 3+ years in HR with knowledge of employment laws; travel to programs nationwide is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Requires ability to travel locally and nationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supports employee relations and HR policy guidance across programs.
• Investigates problems and provides recommendations for resolution.
• Supports payroll workflows and timekeeping in the HRIS; assists with audits.
• Assists Benefits/Leave and Unemployment processes as needed.
• Presents training and develops program leadership on HR topics.
