Boyer & Ritter is seeking an HR Generalist to join our Camp Hill, PA headquarters in an in-office, full-time capacity. The role blends strategic HR with hands-on execution across recruiting, onboarding, development, and employee relations.

You will partner with leadership to shape the employee experience, manage onboarding/offboarding, performance processes, and training initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and a service-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting for experienced hires, interns, and students, including campus events, interviews, candidate communications, background checks, and onboarding preparation.
• Partner with Marketing to support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experience, ensuring documentation, system updates, and compliance are completed accurately.
• Conduct new-hire check-ins and exit interviews, identifying trends and escalating concerns as appropriate.
• Administer performance reviews, competency assessments, employee recognition programs, and talent development initiatives.
• Support workforce planning, intern coordination, and employee engagement efforts.
• Coordinate training programs, professional development activities, continuing education tracking, and firmwide learning initiatives with Learning & Development Specialist.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, employee programs, and workplace concerns.
• Support employee relations matters, investigations, documentation, compliance activities, and HR communications while maintaining confidentiality.
