You will handle travel coordination, HR reporting, policy compliance, and office operations while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy, contributing to a proactive, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Experience with onboarding, HR administration, and benefits.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding, new hire paperwork, and orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data.
• Administer employee benefits and assist with enrollments and changes.
• Coordinate executive and employee travel arrangements.
• Manage HR email communications and respond to employee inquiries.
• Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
• Support office operations and maintain an organized workplace.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Assist leadership with HR projects and administrative support.
