Job summary

Omnia Healthcare Group is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our Lincolnwood home office team. You will support corporate initiatives, work with HR, organizational development, and learning teams, and drive process improvements with a focus on audits and compliance.

You’ll manage benefits processes, policies, reporting, and training materials while partnering with facility HRDs and senior management to ensure accurate HRIS/ATS data and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of professional HR experience with a stable work history.
• Experience creating and delivering training is preferred.
• Experience managing projects through to completion.
• Experience working with HR systems (HRIS, ATS) including reporting and Excel.
• Paycor experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the FMLA, OC Tanner recognition, and audits process.
• Administer compensation and benefits; resolve employee issues with HR professionals.
• Create and document policies and train others on them.
• Run monthly reports and keep ATS, HRIS, and Benefits data updated.
• Create training materials and forms for home office and facilities.
• Analyze turnover and system reports; share insights with HR teams.
• Build relationships with facility HRDs; occasional in-person meetings.
• Provide updates to senior management on reports and projects.
• Prioritize workload to meet critical deadlines; manage multiple tasks.
• Act as a SME and recommend process efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Challenge status quo and drive improvements in processes.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
